Julia thrives one on one. She likes to hold deep and meaningful space for folks to steep in their practice. In one on one sessions several modalities may be drawn upon to best suit your current needs. Modalities of healing offered include:

Julia has experience working with anxiety, grief, heartache, and major life transitions.
Before deciding to work together there will be a 20 minute consultation to clarify intentions and create a plan of action. Sessions are one hour in length and take place in your home, unless otherwise arranged.
Finances should never be a barrier for getting the support and help you need and deserve. If sliding scale is needed please mention this in the consultation.
